Training and growth of new skills in the company is a key aspect of the IP4FVG approach.

Digital skills are a strategic issue. For 2018, it is estimated that 85,000 new specialists will be needed, 65,000 of them first-time employees, more than half of them graduates, and for needs that can only be partially met. There is already a critical shortage in the roles of Data Scientist, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Security Analyst and others, which are all necessary for Digital Transformation projects.
